- Conduct market research and support the definition of course objectives and target audiences.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with instructional design, marketing, creative, and sales teams.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with instructors and subject-matter experts.
- Review course content and supporting materials to ensure quality, clarity, and relevance.
