Technical Business Analyst (Remote)

The Technical Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in connecting business objectives with technical execution, working closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver effective, data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews and workshops.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, including user stories and process flows.
- Document current and future state processes and system behavior.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to support solution design and reporting.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system integrations using RESTful APIs.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and validation against defined requirements.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in a technology environment.
- Degree in business, computing, or a related field.
- Additional Business Analyst certification or diploma.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and system integrations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel and SQL.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
