GMR Marketing is an experience agency focused on creating human-centered brand experiences that live across physical, digital, and social environments. The Account Supervisor plays a critical role in leading engagement, activation, and execution for sports and athlete partnerships supporting The Cigna Group. This position sits within the Brand Experience team and supports complex, integrated sponsorship and marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day management of sports and athlete partnership programs across multiple channels.
- Oversee engagement, activation, and execution for NFL, NBA, and WNBA partnerships.
- Manage athlete and property relationships, including coordination and negotiation of partnership elements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated marketing programs.
- Support development of project plans, annual campaigns, and B2B experiential initiatives.
- Guide clients with informed recommendations rooted in business insights and strategic thinking.
Requirements:
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing or sponsorship programs in an agency environment.
- Strong client consulting and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing campaigns and integrated agency team models.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with hospitality, experiential activation, or sponsorship marketing.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
