Responsibilities:
- Support experience design initiatives for high-profile clients across multiple industries.
- Design environmental graphics, event branding, retail displays, and experiential assets.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including strategists, producers, and creatives.
- Develop concepts ranging from small-format POS materials to large-scale installations.
- Translate brand guidelines and visual identity systems into experiential executions.
- Prepare production-ready design files suitable for vendor fabrication and installation.

Requirements:
- Proven experience working within multi-disciplinary creative teams.
- Strong background in experiential, environmental, or graphic design.
- Ability to execute concepts with precision while maintaining creative intent.
- Understanding of visual identity systems and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Experience researching trends and applying insights to design concepts.
- Portfolio demonstrating a broad range of design work across channels and formats.
