WPMU DEV is seeking a WordPress Sales Support Specialist to join their expanding sales team and provide customer support while promoting WordPress plugins and themes. This role focuses on managing accounts, generating leads, maintaining CRM hygiene, and delivering excellent customer service in a fully remote environment with flexible schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and support customers by identifying solutions to WordPress-related issues via email, chat, and Zoom.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales communications and customer accounts.
- Promote WPMU DEV products and provide product knowledge to clients.
- Maintain meticulous CRM records and follow up on sales leads consistently.
- Conduct Zoom calls with potential and existing clients to provide guidance and support.
Requirements:
- Strong familiarity with WordPress, including themes and plugins.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales support or account management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and typing skills.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written) and spreadsheets/data entry.
- Ability to collaborate with teams and work on flexible schedules including weekends.
- Customer-focused, organized, and detail-oriented.
