Xapo Bank is seeking a Data Analyst to join its Client Coverage Group and support strategic decision-making through high-quality analytics and data products. This role sits within the broader data analytics team and focuses on client behavior, revenue insights, and sales and relationship management enablement in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze client revenue, product usage, and interaction data to generate insights that drive growth and retention.
- Create, maintain, and evolve reporting metrics covering revenues, product adoption, interactions, and escalations.
- Partner with the Global Head of Relationship Management on strategy, OKRs, campaigns, and market analysis reporting.
- Design and maintain Looker dashboards to enable self-service analytics for relationship and customer success teams.
- Develop reporting frameworks to optimize team resourcing and operational efficiency.
- Build and manage end-to-end data pipelines to ensure accurate, accessible client data.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a dedicated data analytics role.
- High proficiency in SQL, with BigQuery experience strongly preferred.
- Strong data modeling skills and experience using Python for analytics.
- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience with Looker development; GCP tools experience is a plus.
