Remote is seeking a Strategy and Operations Principal to drive execution and adoption of its HR Management suite and lead high-impact scaling projects. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in management consulting, business operations, VC, or as a Chief of Staff, particularly within SaaS, who are motivated to operationalize strategy and enable enterprise growth.
Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end GTM plans for the HR suite of products, designing tactics for landing and expanding within enterprise accounts.
- Identify bottlenecks in sales and marketing processes, implement scalable and automated workflows to reduce CAC, shorten sales cycles, and increase win rates.
- Serve as the internal and external HRM subject matter expert, staying abreast of industry trends, competitor moves, and regulatory shifts.
- Translate high-level strategy into actionable playbooks, equipping sales and success teams with scripts, objection handling, and value proposition frameworks.
- Lead high-priority special projects initiated by the General Manager to drive business transformation.
- Build and scale systems, operations, and processes, leveraging SQL, dashboards, and cohort analyses for data-driven decisions.
- Produce executive-level strategy documentation and resolve operational issues, owning outcomes end-to-end.
Requirements:
- Background in Management Consulting, BizOps, VC, or Chief of Staff, ideally with founder or early GTM experience at a scaling SaaS company.
- Proven experience building scalable operations and processes in SaaS.
- Advanced data skills, SQL proficiency, and experience with dashboard creation and cohort analysis.
- Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize, and make high-stakes decisions with incomplete data.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills with a focus on quality and execution.
- Comfortable managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment across teams.
