Coury Hospitality is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to support corporate and property-level hiring across its portfolio of boutique hotels and restaurants. This role is responsible for delivering a high-touch, relationship-driven recruiting experience while partnering closely with leadership to attract top hospitality talent.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate office and management-level property roles.
- Partner with HR leaders and General Managers to align hiring strategies with business needs.
- Actively source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and social platforms.
- Engage passive candidates using a consultative, sales-oriented recruiting approach.
- Represent Coury Hospitality at college career fairs, campus events, and community job fairs.
- Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, and selection processes through offer acceptance.
Requirements:
- Five or more years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience within hospitality.
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring in competitive talent markets.
- Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with early-career, internship, or campus recruiting initiatives.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly for recruiting events and outreach.
