Carrot Fertility is seeking a Customer Success Manager I to support small market and partnership customers while contributing to operational and analytical excellence across the Customer Success organization. This role balances direct customer management with internal support, ensuring smooth operations, accurate data handling, and a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with small business and partnership customers.
- Support customer launches, renewals, and ongoing operational communications.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and eligibility.
- Execute daily work through email and ticketing systems while meeting service standards.
- Manage and maintain employer eligibility files, including setup and ongoing accuracy.
- Provide administrative, reporting, and escalation support across the Customer Success team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- At least one year of experience in customer success, support, or account management.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow defined processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with data, files, and operational workflows.
