Correlation One is seeking a Senior Program Recruiter (Contract) to support the recruitment and onboarding of expert contractors who power its global education programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring programs launch successfully by hiring high-quality talent at scale while maintaining a white-glove experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and offer coordination.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience with clear, timely, and professional communication.
- Execute active and passive sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent at volume.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative sourcing techniques to build pipelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines within Greenhouse.
- Process offers and track contractor hires through Worksuite.
Requirements:
- Five or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience in high-volume or contract environments.
- Proven ability to build and execute scalable sourcing strategies.
- Strong experience improving recruitment processes and reducing time-to-hire.
- Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong relationship management abilities.
