Job Description

 

Path Robotics is seeking an Account Executive to manage complex sales cycles, develop strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth for its AI-driven robotics solutions. The role focuses on understanding customer challenges, positioning tailored solutions, and influencing product development to meet market demands. The Account Executive collaborates with engineering, operations, customer success, and product teams to deliver impactful outcomes for clients.


Responsibilities:
- Execute the Challenger sales methodology to teach, tailor, and take control of client engagements.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to close, targeting high-value enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to uncover customer challenges, goals, and business drivers.
- Analyze market dynamics, competitive products, and industry trends to effectively position solutions.
- Provide actionable feedback to R&D and engineering to influence product development and features.
- Mentor and support junior team members as opportunities arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and implementation of solutions.


Requirements:
- Proven track record exceeding quotas with experience managing and closing complex deals.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with executives and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and AI-driven robotics markets.
- Strategic thinking to align customer needs with tailored solutions.
- Collaborative mindset to thrive in cross-functional environments.
