Buzz Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead post-sale engagement with utility partners and ensure long-term customer value. This role involves managing relationships, driving product adoption, and serving as an advisor to maximize ROI from Buzz Solutions’ AI-powered platform. The CSM will work closely with cross-functional teams to address client needs, expand platform usage, and ensure the success of AI-driven infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end post-sale customer experience as the primary point of contact for utility clients.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities leveraging product adoption, usage data, and customer outcomes.
- Drive engagement with the Buzz Solutions platform to ensure ongoing ROI and retention.
- Advocate for customers to influence product development and feature prioritization.
- Identify at-risk customers and implement strategies to re-engage and align with desired outcomes.
- Organize training sessions, product deep dives, and enablement initiatives for clients.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success roles.
- Experience in technology or utilities, with familiarity in AI applications preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and sales teams in a startup environment.
