Prophecy is seeking a Technical Sourcer (Contract) to support its growing hiring needs by building strong, diverse candidate pipelines across multiple roles. This role is a key part of the recruiting function, serving as the first point of contact for many candidates and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver top talent. The position is fully remote with defined working hours and a fixed contract duration.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, referrals, and creative sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Craft personalized outreach messages that reflect the employer brand and engage passive candidates.
- Screen and qualify candidates at the top of the funnel when required.
- Track and manage candidate activity in the ATS while ensuring data accuracy and candidate experience.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting roles.
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to identify, engage, and nurture passive candidate talent pools.
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to personalization at scale.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple pipelines.
