Senior Engineering Manager (Frontend experience)

PandaDoc is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager with strong frontend and mobile experience to lead its Mobile Team within the Application Platform track. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, combining deep architectural ownership with people leadership. You will shape the future of PandaDoc’s mobile applications while mentoring engineers and ensuring reliable, scalable delivery aligned with product strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the architecture of PandaDoc mobile applications across iOS and Android using React Native.
- Drive technical standards for code quality, performance, testing, and cross-team integrations.
- Build and maintain shared libraries, components, and mobile infrastructure used across teams.
- Improve developer experience through better tooling, workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering leaders to translate strategy into execution.
- Balance technical debt and feature development while maintaining reliability and performance.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of engineering experience with significant hands-on mobile development.
- Proven leadership in mobile architecture and cross-platform solutions.
- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and mobile best practices.
- Experience building shared UI components, libraries, or developer tooling.
- Background in improving delivery processes and engineering efficiency.
- Strong communication, mentorship, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
