Prompt Engineer

This role focuses on designing and optimizing LLM prompts that power automated, localized CRM and marketing content. The Prompt Engineer will enable scalable, culturally accurate messaging across regions by combining applied AI expertise with content strategy and experimentation.

Medier is seeking a Prompt Engineer to design, optimize, and scale how large language models generate and localize CRM and marketing content. This role sits at the intersection of applied AI, content automation, and global marketing, with a focus on building intelligent prompt systems that produce high-quality, culturally accurate messaging across markets. You will work closely with content automation, localization, and marketing teams to transform how content is created and deployed at scale.

Responsibilities:
- Design, refine, and test prompts that generate high-quality CRM and marketing content.
- Build reusable prompt libraries for emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and product copy.
- Develop prompt chains and contextual workflows for dynamic content generation.
- Continuously A/B test prompts to optimize tone, clarity, and localization performance.
- Create systems for automated content localization with cultural and linguistic accuracy.
- Document prompt frameworks, learnings, and best practices for cross-team use.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in NLP, content automation, or applied AI for marketing or localization.
- Hands-on experience designing and optimizing prompts for modern LLM platforms.
- Strong understanding of generative AI capabilities, limitations, and evaluation methods.
- Excellent command of written English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve prompt effectiveness.
- Background in localization, translation management, or global content strategy.
