Midi Health is seeking a Contract Nurse Practitioner Recruiter to support high-volume clinical hiring during a critical growth phase. This role is designed for an experienced recruiter who can ramp quickly, operate with minimal oversight, and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment. Your work will directly impact Midi Health’s ability to scale care and reach more women in need of specialized midlife healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Nurse Practitioner roles at high weekly volume.
- Ramp quickly and begin producing hires within the first two weeks.
- Consistently meet a target of four Nurse Practitioner hires per week once ramped.
- Source, screen, and advance qualified candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align on hiring priorities and timelines.
- Maintain accurate tracking and communication using Greenhouse and collaboration tools.
Requirements:
- Recent recruitment agency experience within the last two years.
- Minimum of two years of Nurse Practitioner recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to meet aggressive hiring targets in high-volume environments.
- Prior contractor experience and ability to operate independently.
- Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up.
- Hands-on experience within the last six months using Google Suite, Slack, and Greenhouse.
