Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and web forms from prospective healthcare clients.
- Qualify leads according to established criteria and route opportunities appropriately.
- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate activity and lead records within the CRM system.
- Follow up with inbound prospects to ensure timely engagement.
- Learn and articulate the company’s healthcare-focused value proposition.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, customer support, or appointment setting.
- Prior remote work experience with proficiency in collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or Asana.
- Experience interacting with US or UK-based clients.
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with prospects by phone.
- Basic CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to healthcare, medical services, health tech, or insurance environments.
- Familiarity with inbound sales processes and lead qualification.
