Morae is a dynamic professional services organization delivering integrated solutions to corporate law departments and law firms worldwide. As a Sales Ops Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting revenue teams by ensuring data accuracy, streamlined workflows, and actionable reporting across the sales lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end CRM workflows including order entry, approvals, billing handoff, and exception tracking.
- Maintain high data quality within the CRM by managing accounts, opportunities, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Build, automate, and maintain daily and weekly reports covering pipeline health, bookings, renewals, and performance KPIs.
- Partner closely with Sales, Finance, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to remove blockers and accelerate deal velocity.
- Standardize and improve sales operations processes by mapping workflows and recommending automation.
- Support commercial hygiene by validating pricing, approvals, contract metadata, renewal dates, and special terms prior to close.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, RevOps, or a related role.
- Hands-on CRM experience, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for analysis and reporting.
- High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Clear and confident communicator comfortable collaborating across functions.
- Willingness to work on a hybrid schedule aligned with the Cape Town office.
