As Account Director, Gaming Partnerships, you will lead the development and execution of gaming partnership strategies for Comcast, working across publishers, creators, influencers, media platforms, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate gaming partnership opportunities across publishers, creators, influencers, and media platforms.
- Advise Comcast stakeholders with strategic guidance aligned to long-term gaming and brand objectives.
- Develop and negotiate partnership deals, ensuring value, compliance, risk management, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end partnership execution from intake and strategy through contracting, activation, and measurement.
- Manage influencer and talent relationships, including scopes, budgets, and asset delivery.
- Build executive-ready presentations, POVs, and strategic recommendations for gaming activations.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience leading partnerships, sponsorships, or alliances within gaming, media, or entertainment.
- Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, creator economy, and influencer marketing trends.
- Proven ability to negotiate and structure complex partnership and sponsorship agreements.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs with operational rigor and attention to detail.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into scalable activation strategies.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills for executive and client-facing audiences.
