As a Product Manager, you will take full ownership of critical user-facing and internal products, driving strategy, execution, and continuous improvement with a strong focus on automation and usability.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to uncover explicit and hidden pain points across onboarding, client portals, and internal tools.
- Own the end-to-end B2B onboarding experience, defining user flows and rapidly prototyping concepts and wireframes.
- Collaborate with designers to refine concepts into polished, production-ready solutions.
- Define and own the client portal strategy to reduce support needs through self-service and automation.
- Design internal operations portals including dashboards, workflows, and efficiency tools.
- Identify and implement AI- and automation-driven workflows to remove repetitive manual tasks.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience shipping B2B products in fintech, BaaS, or payments.
- Deep domain expertise in B2B onboarding, compliance, identity verification, and payment flows.
- Strong hands-on prototyping skills using tools such as Figma, Framer, or Sketch.
- Experience using analytics platforms to define metrics, identify bottlenecks, and guide iteration.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to unblock teams and challenge requirements constructively.
- Strong collaboration skills when working with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders.
