Circle is a global platform enabling creators, coaches, and businesses to engage and grow communities. The Senior Product Marketing Manager, AI will lead product marketing for AI-powered capabilities, including AI Agents, AI Workflows, and AI Copilot, ensuring customers understand and use these tools effectively while maximizing adoption and real-world impact.
Responsibilities:
- Own messaging and positioning for Circle’s AI features, translating technical capabilities into clear customer value.
- Drive adoption-focused go-to-market strategies for AI launches, emphasizing activation, education, and usage outcomes.
- Craft high-impact copy and narratives across website, product surfaces, lifecycle campaigns, sales decks, and launch assets.
- Develop scalable customer education and enablement, including guides, templates, workflows, and best practices.
- Enable internal teams on AI positioning, creating FAQs, demos, and training materials for Sales and Customer Success.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and product decisions through insights and adoption data.
- Champion responsible and trustworthy AI, ensuring messaging is accurate, clear, and aligned with customer trust.
- Contribute to broader product narrative to ensure AI fits cohesively within Circle’s community-driven growth platform.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in high-growth software environments, with strong emphasis on messaging, positioning, and copywriting.
- Proven ability to create impactful messaging that drives adoption, engagement, and revenue.
- Strong storytelling and simplification skills, able to communicate complex AI concepts clearly.
- Experience leading go-to-market strategies from strategy to execution, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Strong sense of ownership, end-to-end accountability, and comfort in high-impact, high-accountability roles.
- Familiarity with AI products or surface areas and understanding of how to bring them to market with clarity and trust.
- Growth marketing experience, understanding funnels, experimentation, and adoption strategies.
- Experience marketing AI-powered products, agents, or workflow automations with a focus on customer value and adoption.
