Circle is a fully-remote platform enabling communities to engage through discussions, events, chat, and payments. As Senior Product Marketing Manager for Email Hub, you will lead messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for email-related features. This role focuses on translating complex functionality into clear customer value, driving adoption, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success.

Job Description

 

Circle builds the leading all-in-one platform for online communities, combining discussions, live streams, events, chat, courses, and payments. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, Email Hub, you will own the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market for Email Hub, one of Circle’s fastest-growing product surfaces. Your work ensures creators understand the value of email in building engagement and monetization opportunities within their communities.


Responsibilities:
- Own messaging and positioning for Email Hub, translating complex features into clear value propositions.
- Develop high-impact product content, including website copy, lifecycle emails, launch assets, sales decks, and collateral.
- Guide go-to-market strategies for Email Hub feature launches, improvements, and experiments, ensuring adoption-focused outcomes.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to develop enablement materials such as pitch decks, FAQs, demos, and internal training.
- Create customer-facing resources, including product guides, onboarding flows, and best-practice examples.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Customer Success, and Data teams to refine messaging and launch strategies.
- Contribute to Circle’s overall product marketing framework to ensure consistency and differentiation across all messaging.


Requirements:
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in high-growth software environments.
- Expertise in messaging, positioning, copywriting, and storytelling for complex product surfaces.
- Strong written communication skills in English (CEFR C1 / ILR 5).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional go-to-market launches and campaigns.
- Experience with email or lifecycle products is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of customer personas and ability to address their needs with compelling messaging.
- Strong ownership, work ethic, and comfort with high-accountability, fast-paced environments.
