Remote provides a global HR platform enabling organizations to recruit, pay, and manage international teams. As Senior Partnership Manager - Investment Ecosystem, you will build and manage strategic partnerships across VC, PE, banking, and accelerator ecosystems. This role focuses on partner acquisition, GTM strategy execution, pipeline generation, and community building within a fully remote, globally distributed environment.

Job Description

 

Remote is a global HR platform helping businesses hire, pay, and manage international teams compliantly. As Senior Partnership Manager - Investment Ecosystem, you will lead partnerships across venture capital, private equity, banking, and accelerator ecosystems, managing hundreds of high-value partners to drive growth and strategic impact in a fully remote environment.


Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, negotiate, and manage Remote’s key partnerships globally across VC, PE, banking, and accelerator networks.
- Define and execute partner strategies to optimize benefits and economics for both Remote and its partners.
- Act as the management sponsor for key partners from acquisition through ongoing management and growth.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Remote’s products and services to identify market opportunities for partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Finance, Product) to develop optimal partnership agreements and execution plans.
- Partner with Marketing to develop campaigns that drive partner awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Build and foster a vibrant partner community to share best practices and celebrate partner success.
- Travel periodically for in-person partner engagement, events, and team support.


Requirements:
- Experience in growth, partnerships, or business development in VC, PE, HR, fintech, or software/technology sectors.
- Proven ability to lead partner GTM strategy, manage programs at scale, negotiate contracts, and generate pipeline.
- Strong leadership, analytical, sales, and partnering skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to influence across internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in B2B SaaS technology marketing and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to launch new partner programs and initiatives.
