As a Licensing Specialist, you will ensure regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local levels, managing licenses, permits, and audits. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, communication with regulatory agencies, and maintaining accurate documentation to support pharmacy operations in a remote environment.

As a Licensing Specialist, you will ensure that Strive Pharmacy maintains all necessary licenses, registrations, and permits, supporting operational compliance and regulatory adherence in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date and compliant licenses, registrations, and permits at federal, state, and local levels.
- Prepare, submit, and renew pharmacy licenses and state/federal permits.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update internal stakeholders on relevant updates.
- Maintain organized documentation related to licensing, renewals, and regulatory communications.
- Serve as primary contact for regulatory agencies, responding to inquiries and providing required documentation.
- Collaborate with pharmacy management, compliance officers, and internal teams to align licensing with business goals.
- Assist in preparing for audits by ensuring all documentation is compliant and readily available.
- Resolve licensing-related issues efficiently and proactively.

Requirements:
- Experience in licensing, accreditation, or regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with federal and state pharmacy regulations, particularly for 503A pharmacies, preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable using online platforms and documentation tools in a remote environment.
