TCN is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Associate to support the National Director of Payer Engagement in managing, maintaining, and improving contract operations for TCN and its members. This part-time role is focused on ensuring contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements while supporting efficient, scalable processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, revising, and maintaining contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support contract negotiations by preparing documentation and analyzing proposed terms.
- Maintain centralized systems to track contract status, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely execution, storage, and audit readiness of contracts and agreements.
- Serve as a resource for members and internal teams on contract-related questions and processes.
- Collaborate with payer engagement, compliance, credentialing, and finance teams to align contract terms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, relevant certificate, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably healthcare or legal.
- Working knowledge of contract language, negotiation principles, and contract management systems.
- Familiarity with HIPAA privacy rules and healthcare regulatory guidelines.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Active learner with interest in compliance, contracting, and healthcare operations.
