As a Sr. Social Media Analyst, you will lead the growth and evolution of influencer and social media measurement programs for one of the agency’s largest retail clients, transforming complex data into meaningful insight.
Responsibilities:
- Design and lead social and influencer measurement frameworks in partnership with Research and Strategy leadership.
- Conduct deep social audits and influencer performance analysis to surface actionable insights and narratives.
- Evaluate creator impact beyond metrics, including cultural relevance, long-term equity, and community trust.
- Develop clear, visually compelling reports that explain campaign performance, trends, and outcomes.
- Monitor real-time social sentiment to identify reputation risks and emerging issues.
- Evaluate, onboard, and manage social analytics tools and third-party measurement vendors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media and influencer analytics within an agency or brand environment.
- Strong fluency in social platform metrics, KPIs, benchmarks, and performance measurement.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- Experience managing multiple projects and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with social listening methodologies and reputation monitoring.
- Comfort applying AI tools for optimization, trend detection, and performance analysis.
