The Customer Success Associate is responsible for ensuring clients achieve measurable results using the company’s AI-powered patient acquisition platform. This role is hands-on and multifaceted, combining customer onboarding, campaign optimisation, and ongoing client support. You will work closely with Customer Success and Product teams while helping shape how clients use and benefit from the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse, manage, and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Onboard new clients and train them on platform features and best practices.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide proactive client support.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve growth goals.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Product teams to improve outcomes and features.
Requirements:
- Strong motivation to work in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
- Willingness to learn quickly and take ownership.
Nice-to-Have (Big Plus):
- Hands-on digital marketing experience (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Ability to independently set up and manage ad campaigns.
- Previous Customer Success experience (1+ year).
- Proactive, organised mindset; familiarity with tools like Notion.
