The Appointment Setter is responsible for engaging prospects and scheduling qualified meetings that support sales teams in advancing opportunities. This role works remotely with U.S.-based clients and collaborates closely with SDRs, BDRs, and Account Executives to ensure prospects are properly qualified, informed, and prepared for sales conversations. Accuracy, persistence, and strong communication are essential to success.
Responsibilities:
- Engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to confirm interest and availability.
- Qualify leads using basic criteria such as role, industry, and needs.
- Schedule meetings between prospects and sales representatives across time zones.
- Send confirmations, reminders, and reschedule appointments when necessary.
- Log all outreach activities, notes, and outcomes in CRM systems.
- Track activity metrics and appointment performance to identify improvements.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Experience using scheduling tools like Calendly or HubSpot Meetings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail when managing calendars and follow-ups.
- Ability to handle rejection while maintaining professionalism.
