The EHR Systems Manager (PointClickCare) is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full ownership of the PointClickCare platform across a growing multi-facility healthcare organization. Reporting as a key systems leader, this role translates clinical, operational, and compliance needs into optimized EHR solutions while ensuring performance, data integrity, and regulatory alignment. The position partners closely with executive leadership and external vendors to drive system strategy, scalability, and operational outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary PointClickCare subject matter expert across all facilities.
- Own system configuration, optimization, performance, and usability.
- Translate clinical, operational, and compliance requirements into effective EHR workflows.
- Lead PointClickCare implementations, upgrades, integrations, and new-facility onboarding.
- Configure templates, permissions, workflows, order sets, and user roles.
- Oversee EHR training, documentation, policies, and escalation support.
Requirements:
- Advanced hands-on experience with PointClickCare.
- 3–5+ years of experience in EHR or EMR systems management or leadership.
- Experience in SNF, LTC, or ALF healthcare environments.
- Proven experience leading EHR implementations or multi-facility optimization initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder communication and project ownership skills.
- Knowledge of CMS, HIPAA, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
