The Investment Banking Associate supports the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements. This role serves as a key link between analysts, senior bankers, and clients, ensuring financial analyses, transaction processes, and client materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with deal objectives. The position operates remotely while supporting U.S.-based transaction timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain complex financial models including DCF, LBO, and merger models.
- Perform comparable company and precedent transaction analyses.
- Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to evaluate key assumptions.
- Manage due diligence processes, data rooms, and information requests.
- Draft and review pitch books, confidential information memoranda, teasers, and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, legal advisors, accountants, and consultants to support live transactions.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using financial data platforms such as Bloomberg or Capital IQ.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple transactions.
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
