The Director, Digital Marketing is responsible for driving Arkestro’s digital growth strategy by planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing initiatives. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, managing campaigns that increase brand visibility, generate qualified demand, and improve conversion across the funnel. Working in a fast-paced SaaS environment, the role collaborates closely with executive leadership and manages external consultants to deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social, email, SEO, and paid channels.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
- Manage and optimize the company website and landing pages for conversion and engagement.
- Build and refine lead funnels and nurturing workflows using CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Manage paid advertising programs and evaluate performance through data-driven experimentation.
- Lead and manage digital marketing consultants to execute against business priorities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, with HubSpot required.
- Experience using intent marketing and demand intelligence platforms.
- Proven ability to deliver projects for executive stakeholders on time.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
