This role sits within the Enablement Office and focuses on leading end-to-end project management for creative agency initiatives. The Manager, Project Management partners with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with operational excellence while continuously improving agency processes.

Job Description

 

The Manager, Project Management is responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery within GMR’s Enablement Office, a team focused on operational excellence and streamlined ways of working. This role manages projects from concept through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scopes remain aligned with agency and client goals. The position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to support bold, creative work in a fast-paced agency environment.


Responsibilities:
- Lead project management across multiple initiatives from planning through execution.
- Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Support program leadership by coordinating complex, multi-workstream projects.
- Track budgets, monitor estimates, and flag financial risks or variances.
- Manage day-to-day workflows, change requests, and risk mitigation.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices across the agency.


Requirements:
- Experience in project management, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, estimates, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with adaptability to change.
- Familiarity with project management best practices and tools.
