The Head of Partnerships is a senior leadership role responsible for building and scaling Janea Systems’ global partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Chief Business Officer and working closely with the CEO, this role defines partnership strategy and owns the full lifecycle of high-value relationships that drive revenue growth and market expansion. The position operates in a greenfield environment, moving quickly from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a global partnerships strategy to accelerate revenue and geographic expansion.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partners across cloud providers, software vendors, VCs, and consulting firms.
- Build and manage senior-level partner relationships that generate qualified leads and co-selling opportunities.
- Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, enablement, and scaling.
- Develop joint go-to-market initiatives such as referrals, bundled offerings, and co-marketing programs.
- Track partner performance, pipeline metrics, and contribution to revenue growth.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem leadership.
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering services or technical consulting.
- Proven ability to build partnerships that drive revenue and land high-profile clients.
- Deep understanding of how premium engineering services are sold and delivered.
- Strong executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and building from scratch.
