This 12-month fixed-term Product Manager role covers maternity leave and takes full ownership of product execution for Rewardful during an important delivery phase. The position is responsible for ensuring continuity across active initiatives while maintaining clarity, momentum, and execution quality. Working closely with Engineering, Product Design, and leadership, the role supports roadmap delivery in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive product execution across active initiatives, ensuring alignment and clarity for Engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product Design and Engineering to define detailed product specifications and requirements.
- Gather and synthesize insights from customer conversations, support feedback, and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to short- and mid-term roadmap planning in partnership with leadership.
- Maintain delivery momentum and execution quality throughout the maternity cover period.
- Ensure clear communication and documentation to support smooth cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience working as a Product Manager on B2B SaaS products.
- Strong ability to write clear, detailed product specifications and documentation.
- Comfort working closely with Engineering and Product Design in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in startup or scale-up environments with an execution-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Bonus experience with payments, financial systems, or accounting-related products.
