The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle hiring, credential coordination, and ongoing administrative support, ensuring a qualified provider network to deliver compliant, high-quality medical evaluations in support of patients and veterans nationwide.

Job Description

 

This role is responsible for recruiting and managing nurse practitioners and physician assistants who provide general medical disability examinations and related clinical services. The Recruiter plays a critical role in building and maintaining a reliable network of qualified healthcare professionals while ensuring compliance with regulatory and credentialing standards. The position works remotely and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to support operational and staffing needs.


Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for nurse practitioners and physician assistants across per diem and clinic-based assignments.
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified healthcare professionals as independent contractors.
- Verify licensing, board certifications, and credentials to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage ongoing administrative tasks related to provider records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support staffing strategies and recruitment planning.
- Maintain professional relationships to ensure a consistent talent pipeline.


Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare licensing, credentialing, and compliance processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting.
