HubSpot Technical Operations & Project Specialist

The HubSpot Technical Operations & Project Specialist executes HubSpot configurations, data integrations, testing, and cross-functional project coordination, ensuring system accuracy, reliable reporting, and on-time delivery of CRM, marketing, and operational initiatives for U.S.-based and global teams.

The HubSpot Technical Operations & Project Specialist supports the technical execution, configuration, and ongoing optimization of HubSpot across multiple platforms and workstreams. This role focuses on building and maintaining CRM configurations, supporting data integrations, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating technical and marketing-related initiatives. The position works closely with internal stakeholders to deliver reliable, well-tested systems aligned with documented requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Build and configure HubSpot objects, properties, pipelines, and workflows based on provided specifications.
- Execute technical requirements in alignment with business rules and reporting needs.
- Support data ingestion, imports, and integrations from external platforms.
- Perform field mapping, normalization, record matching, and data troubleshooting.
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM data through cleanup, deduplication, and validation.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance for configurations, workflows, and integrations.

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience executing HubSpot technical implementations.
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures and object relationships.
- Experience supporting data integrations, imports, and normalization processes.
- Proven testing and QA discipline for technical configurations.
- Demonstrated project management experience across technical and marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency with Google Docs and Google Sheets for documentation and tracking.
