Job Description

 

The Google Ads Media Buyer is a key performance-focused role responsible for managing and scaling paid media campaigns across Google’s advertising ecosystem. This position works closely with creative, analytics, and strategy teams to design, optimize, and report on campaigns that drive strong return on ad spend and meet client KPIs. The role is fully remote and supports clients primarily based in Europe while offering flexible working arrangements.


Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates to guide optimizations.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to test ad variations and improve results.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Prepare and present clear performance reports with actionable optimization insights.


Requirements:
- At least two years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven ability to scale paid media with strong ROAS for eCommerce, SaaS, or digital products.
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
- Familiarity with AI-driven ad optimization tools and platforms.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with strong communication skills.
