Design & Project Associate

BH Properties is a privately held commercial real estate investment firm with a 30-year track record focused on value-add investments across office, industrial, retail, and multifamily assets in the United States. The Design & Project Associate supports tenant-focused design, project coordination, and branding initiatives, working closely with U.S.-based asset management, leasing, and construction teams to deliver efficient, compliant, and visually consistent real estate projects.

The Design & Project Associate supports design, tenant improvement, and project coordination initiatives across a diverse commercial real estate portfolio. Reporting directly to the Executive Managing Director of Asset Management, this role collaborates with leasing, construction, and asset management teams to deliver functional, cost-effective, and brand-aligned design solutions. The position is remote and based in the Philippines, with work hours aligned to U.S. Pacific business hours.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare tenant improvement schematic floor plans for prospective and existing tenants.
- Create exterior and interior renderings for building and space improvements.
- Develop tenant improvement designs and drawing sets for permitting purposes.
- Produce basic architectural construction details and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with tenants to align designs with brand standards and operational needs.
- Convert existing PDF or image-based plans into editable CAD documents.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Registered and Licensed Architect in the Philippines.
- Prior experience supporting U.S.-based architecture, construction, or real estate firms.
- Seven to ten years of full-time professional experience in design and project work.
- Strong knowledge of permit sets, construction drawings, and code compliance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver.
