Rossum is on a mission to remove manual document processing through AI, enabling teams to focus on higher-value work. As a Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Rossum’s presence across Europe by building, enabling, and scaling a high-performing partner ecosystem that drives measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners across multiple European markets
- Drive partner-led and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue generation
- Lead partner onboarding and enablement to ensure partners can sell and deliver Rossum effectively
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams on joint opportunities and deal execution
- Identify, develop, and launch new strategic partnerships aligned with go-to-market priorities
- Establish consistent operating rhythms, reporting, and performance reviews with partners
Requirements:
- Experience in intelligent automation, IDP, AI, enterprise SaaS, or finance technology
- Proven ability to manage partner relationships end to end, from onboarding to revenue impact
- Strong stakeholder management skills across teams, cultures, and geographies
- Balance of hands-on execution and strategic, growth-oriented thinking
- Clear and confident communication skills in English
- Based in Europe with comfort working across time zones
