Senior Product Manager (Validator Operations & Staking)

Job Description
Chainstack is expanding its Web3 infrastructure platform to support validator operations and staking at scale across hundreds of blockchain networks. As Senior Product Manager for Validator Operations & Staking, you will own the product vision and execution for this critical area, working at the intersection of distributed systems, blockchain infrastructure, and developer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for validator orchestration and staking features
- Develop solutions for validator deployment, monitoring, uptime management, key management, slashing protection, and rewards reporting
- Gather insights from validator operators, staking providers, and internal stakeholders
- Translate complex technical needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize development using Agile methodologies to balance impact and delivery capacity
- Analyze product and system metrics to guide continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in Web3, cloud, or infrastructure domains
- Deep understanding of validator lifecycles, slashing risks, downtime, and operational security
- Knowledge of staking models including validator-as-a-service, DVT, restaking, and liquid staking
- Experience with infrastructure tooling, CI/CD, container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong data literacy, including KPI definition and experimentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
