As Group Product Manage, HR Core, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of core HR product capabilities, ensuring they meet customer needs while supporting Remote’s global growth and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a cohesive product strategy for HR Core aligned with company vision
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers to achieve strategic objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, legal, finance, and operations teams
- Own product roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery across HR Core solutions
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Act as a product evangelist internally and externally with key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in product management with ownership of complex B2B SaaS products
- Proven people leadership experience managing and developing product managers
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate market insights into execution
- Customer-centric mindset focused on high-quality user experiences
- Excellent written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English
