As a Mid to Senior Construction Project Scheduler, you will play a key role in supporting critical environment projects by developing and maintaining accurate, actionable construction schedules that drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and maintain detailed construction schedules for complex projects
- Support ground-up and vertical construction scheduling efforts
- Analyze schedule risks, constraints, and critical paths to support decision-making
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and contractors to resolve schedule issues
- Lead schedule recovery, mitigation planning, and progress reporting
- Mentor team members and support overall project delivery efforts
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in construction scheduling
- Strong understanding of building design and construction processes
- 2+ years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience preferred
- Experience scheduling critical environments such as data centers or hospitals
- Background in ground-up, vertical construction projects
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
