Clinical Product Manager

Vitable Health is a digital health company focused on making healthcare accessible and affordable for everyday workers across the United States. As a Clinical Product Manager, you will own and enhance the patient and provider experience by translating clinical needs into scalable product solutions. This role partners closely with clinical, engineering, and leadership teams to design workflows, implement clinical systems, and continuously improve care delivery across Vitable’s growing platform.

As Clinical Product Manager, you will sit at the center of clinical operations, product strategy, and engineering execution, owning experiences that directly impact patients and providers.

Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end patient and provider experience from onboarding through ongoing care
- Lead implementation and optimization of a new Electronic Health Record system
- Translate clinical workflow needs into scalable product solutions
- Partner with engineering to plan, prioritize, and deliver clinical features
- Define product requirements, specifications, and support launches
- Ensure workflows align with regulatory, quality, and operational standards

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in clinical, medical, or digital health roles
- Proven experience working closely with engineering teams
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and care delivery models
- Experience with EHR systems or clinical software implementations
- Ability to translate complex clinical needs into clear requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
