Ecosystem Growth Manager

StarkWare is a blockchain technology company building scalable infrastructure for decentralized applications through Starknet. The Ecosystem Growth Manager is responsible for driving measurable growth across priority apps and ecosystem-wide campaigns. This role focuses on building repeatable acquisition and activation loops across community, creators, partners, and distribution channels, supporting consumer, gaming, BTCFi, and privacy-adjacent applications within the Starknet ecosystem.

The Ecosystem Growth Manager is responsible for shipping measurable growth across priority applications and ecosystem campaigns. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, owning acquisition, activation, and distribution initiatives across community, creators, partners, and social channels. You will operate across both BTC and Ethereum audiences, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to scale adoption while maintaining operational clarity and strong measurement practices.

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute end-to-end growth loops including referrals, tournaments, creator programs, and partner activations
- Translate growth goals into scoped plans, timelines, budgets, and a consistent weekly execution cadence
- Build and grow virtual and physical communities through app-specific channels, meetups, and fast-moving events
- Act as the growth point of contact for selected ecosystem applications and partner teams
- Deliver launch kits including positioning, channel plans, incentives, onboarding flows, and measurement frameworks
- Define success metrics, run weekly reporting and post-mortems, and iterate through experimentation and A/B testing

Requirements:
- 3–7+ years of experience in growth, business development, product marketing, ecosystem, or community roles
- Proven track record of shipping growth programs with measurable outcomes
- Strong operational skills with the ability to plan, execute, and close loops independently
- Proficiency using AI tools to accelerate software development and content creation
- Clear written communication for internal updates, partner coordination, and public-facing posts
- Comfort being public-facing on X/Twitter and operating in a remote, async environment
