The Sr. Manager, Project Management plays a critical role within GMR’s Enablement Office, leading end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream programs. This role is responsible for overseeing planning, scoping, execution, and delivery while ensuring financial discipline, operational rigor, and strong collaboration across internal teams and clients. As a visible client-facing leader, you will guide teams through shifting priorities and evolving timelines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex programs from planning and estimation through execution and delivery
- Manage project financials including budgets, estimates, forecasts, and ongoing financial reporting
- Build scopes of work and project plans in collaboration with subject matter experts
- Oversee resourcing, workflows, change management, and risk mitigation
- Act as the primary point of accountability for timelines, deliverables, and client communication
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement and best practices across teams
Requirements:
- Extensive experience managing complex projects or programs in an agency or similar environment
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and estimates
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop project management professionals
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments
