AI Enablement and Project Specialist

The AI Enablement and Project Specialist supports learning, enablement, and transformation initiatives by helping creative teams and project managers adopt AI effectively. This role focuses on training delivery, content creation, and agile project support to embed AI into everyday creative and operational workflows.

The AI Enablement and Project Specialist plays a key role in supporting the adoption of AI across creative and operational teams. Working closely with AI Enablement and Transformation leadership, this role bridges operational execution with creative learning, ensuring teams are equipped with the skills, tools, and confidence to integrate AI into daily workflows. The position combines project coordination, learning support, and hands-on facilitation in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and delivery of AI bootcamps and upskilling initiatives for creative and project teams
- Assist in developing clear, engaging learning materials that simplify complex AI concepts
- Facilitate or co-lead workshops and coaching sessions focused on practical AI use cases
- Provide flexible support across learning, enablement, and transformation projects as priorities evolve
- Apply AI tools to improve project management, coordination, and creative workflows
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives

Requirements:
- Experience in project management or operational coordination within a creative or agency environment
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools used in creative or project management contexts
- Ability to create practical learning content and support live training sessions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid, adaptable role within a remote team
