Medical Product Manager

Floy is a medical AI company focused on supporting radiologists by developing innovative algorithms to detect typically overlooked diseases. As a Medical Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end development of AI-powered radiology products, shaping product vision, clinical strategy, and regulatory readiness. This role combines medical expertise, product leadership, and close collaboration with scientific and technical teams to deliver impactful clinical solutions.

Floy is seeking a Medical Product Manager to lead the development of AI-driven radiology products that meaningfully improve diagnostic outcomes and patient care. This role partners closely with a technical lead and a multidisciplinary scientific team to own model development from early concept through clinical release. The position focuses on pushing beyond conventionally researched medical problems to deliver novel, real-world diagnostic impact.

Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, roadmap, and objectives aligned with clinical needs and company strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, regulatory, and clinical teams to define product requirements.
- Oversee development of product features, user interfaces, and integration into radiology workflows.
- Ensure compliance with medical regulations and standards including FDA, CE, and related guidelines.
- Monitor product performance, clinical impact, and user feedback to guide continuous improvement.
- Support product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market activities with marketing and operations teams.

Requirements:
- Completion of specialist medical training in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven product decisions.
- Fluency in German, particularly in medical and clinical contexts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for innovation and improving patient outcomes through technology.
