This opportunity focuses on environmental, event, and brand experience design, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact, human-centered brand experiences.

Job Description

 

GMR Marketing is building its Experience Design Talent Community to connect with creative professionals passionate about immersive brand experiences. This opportunity supports experiential design work across a wide range of high-profile clients, spanning physical, digital, and social environments. Members of the talent community may contribute to projects ranging from small-format point-of-sale materials to large-scale environmental graphics within retail, events, and branded spaces.


Responsibilities:
- Support the design and execution of experiential and environmental brand experiences.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including creatives, strategists, and producers.
- Design assets such as environmental graphics, event and hospitality graphics, signage, wearables, and presentations.
- Develop concepts that align with brand identity systems and experiential strategies.
- Execute design files that meet production and vendor specifications.
- Research trends and inspiration to inform design thinking and creative concepts.


Requirements:
- Experience designing immersive, experiential, and brand-driven creative solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional creative teams.
- Strong understanding of visual identity systems and brand guidelines.
- Experience executing designs across physical, digital, and environmental formats.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver production-ready assets.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of experiential, environmental, and design work.
