Job Description
Ross Video is seeking a Demonstrator & Trainer - OverDrive to deliver high-quality demonstrations and training for Ross broadcast automation and control room solutions across the EMEA region. This role serves as a front-line technical and training expert, responsible for customer education, product demonstrations, and ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of all training engagements. The position involves extensive travel and close collaboration with sales, product, and demonstration teams.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site, off-site, and remote demonstrations of Ross OverDrive and Switcher solutions.
- Provide end-user operational training for Ross products and integrated workflows.
- Support major trade shows through content creation, technical setup, and execution.
- Prepare, test, and maintain demonstration and training equipment.
- Advise Sales and Product Management teams on customer feedback and industry trends.
- Develop and document demonstration and training materials, techniques, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of professional training experience.
- Hands-on experience programming automation and switcher systems, including custom controls.
- Strong knowledge of broadcast production workflows and control room operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work under pressure.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% across customer sites and events.
- Valid passport and driver’s license.
