Job Description

 

Medier is seeking an Affiliate Invoice Coordinator to support its growing affiliate finance operations within the online entertainment sector. This role is responsible for managing affiliate invoicing processes, ensuring payment accuracy, and maintaining strong communication with both affiliates and internal finance stakeholders. The position is fully remote and plays a key role in ensuring efficient and compliant financial operations.


Responsibilities:
- Manage and process affiliate invoices in accordance with company policies and timelines.
- Communicate with affiliate partners to request, receive, and validate invoice documentation.
- Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agreed terms.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues in coordination with internal finance teams.
- Maintain organized records of affiliate invoices, payments, and related documentation.
- Generate reports on invoice status, payment progress, and outstanding balances for management.


Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounts payable, invoicing, or finance-related roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with numerical data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting or invoicing software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for affiliate and internal coordination.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
